Damn Pinterest

Morning!

I woke up feeling particularly refreshed this morning, which is bazaar for a Monday morning – but I will just go with it

If you are like me, you like to peruse Pinterest for fun ideas.

Some of my favorite things to pin on there are recipes, fitness inspiration, home decoration ideas, and organization ideas. Oh, and puppies.

With that being said ….Pinterest makes me feel lame for not being crafty or creative. But hey, that is why I’m there, to steel see other people’s ideas.  Some are simple things that I would do because they require nothing extra crafty to do – like hanging your purses in your closet on shower hooks, genius!

And then there are tons of things that I still pin that would involve craftiness on my part that I probably wont ever do, but they are still fun ideas and I pin them nonetheless.

Anyway, point being, I get to show you a fun Pinterest craft in action!

Nope, don’t get too excited, I didn’t do it! Torrance’s aunt actually made them and gave these to me for my birthday.

Coasters!

She said she just went to Lowe’s and picked out some small tiles, and then cut scrap booking paper to the proper size and covered the whole thing in Mod Podge (a clear coating) and then hot glued some cork on the bottom and voila!

Cute and simple huh?
