Oh Monday Morning.

I really cannot believe it’s Monday already. And what better way than to kick it off with an egg sandwich?

Oh hey, and I also have a surprise for you guys…I did my hair this morning.

 And by “doing” my hair of course I just mean I did something other than put it in a ponytail. Parting it counts.

On Friday I had a long talk with my trainer about my eating plan. We touched on it around the beginning of the year and he gave me an outline of what I needed to follow (and also when he told me to stop eating so much starchy stuff shortly after that).

I have been following it somewhat, but I want to be a little more structured with it. I have a hard time following an eating plan because I love food and I just sorta do what I want… but I am using a trainer for a reason (more-so for the fitness aspect) but since he does offer the nutrition plan as part of his service, I may as well take advantage of it. Not to mention, I know he knows what he’s talking about ;)

Since I’m cutting it short today – here are some fun articles I found that are definitely worth taking a look at!

  • Check my email on my phone from bed and then get up and start the shower and then pick out my clothes.
  • Favorite way to eat chicken? (baked, in pasta, grilled, sandwich, etc)
    Grilled or just baked in the oven with marinade. Or in tacos! Yum

  1. fav thing about my gym is the cardio theatre. bikes/ellipticals/treadmills in a dark “theatre” showing movies. love it!

  2. haha your hair part looks pretty!! ;)

    i love that my gym has really nice spin bikes. i hate how packed it is during weeknights though, thats why i do a.m. workouts now.

    weekdays i always roll out of bed after wanting to shoot the alarm on my phone. If i’m going to the gym, i’ll get my gym clothes on, brush my teeth, fill my water bottle and get out the door. otherwise, its a routine of walking the dog and making coffee.

    favorite way to eat chicken is cap’n crunch chicken! :)

  3. I am one of those people that rolls out of bed and walks directly to the bathroom to start my shower and start getting ready. I don’t walk downstairs until I’m ready to leave. I’m like a zombie!

  4. Something I love: they have free food a lot. Lol.
    Something I hate: Crappy & crowded treadmills.

    First thing I do is check my email on my iPhone!! My eyes aren’t even open at that point!
