Oh Monday Morning.
I really cannot believe it’s Monday already. And what better way than to kick it off with an egg sandwich?
Oh hey, and I also have a surprise for you guys…I did my hair this morning.
And by “doing” my hair of course I just mean I did something other than put it in a ponytail. Parting it counts.
On Friday I had a long talk with my trainer about my eating plan. We touched on it around the beginning of the year and he gave me an outline of what I needed to follow (and also when he told me to stop eating so much starchy stuff shortly after that).
I have been following it somewhat, but I want to be a little more structured with it. I have a hard time following an eating plan because I love food and I just sorta do what I want… but I am using a trainer for a reason (more-so for the fitness aspect) but since he does offer the nutrition plan as part of his service, I may as well take advantage of it. Not to mention, I know he knows what he’s talking about ;)
Since I’m cutting it short today – here are some fun articles I found that are definitely worth taking a look at!
