Yep, My Parents Are In Town…
Over the weekend we enjoyed Oktoberfest….
Where I almost lost the keys to their rental car. I did lose them, but some nice person returned them and they announced it over the loud speaker.
We also went to a vineyard….
Oh, and we drank a lot of wine at home too….
Oh and my mom and I did a lot of shopping yesterday too!

I too celebrated Oktoberfest, but in Munich, Germany! One of the perks of being an exchange student in The Netherlands

Where was the Oktoberfest? My husband always said there was a good one in Charlotte but we never made it there. Was that Childress? Have been there. DON’T miss the Renaissance Festival in Kannapolis (or is it Concord). It is a lot of fun and you can get cheaper tix at Harris Teeter.

This one was just a little Oktoberfest at Tanglewood Park (which is right down the rd from me) we actually found it on accident because iw as driving my parents around showing them the area welive in and when we passed the park there was cops directing traffic which usually only happens when there is an event so we went in to check it out and scored! haha. And yes, that was Childress!
